All orders are subject to prior acceptance and stock availability. To place an order there is no need for registration, simply choose your favourite items on the website, add them to you cart and proceed to checkout. Once your order is received, a notification email will be sent confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver the order in the unlikely event that stock levels were incorrect at the time of order: in this case we will contact you immediately so you can change your order or cancel it accordingly.

All prices are stated in € EURO: the final price is fixed and will be charged in EUR €. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company when your account is debited. Please note that rate used by your bank or credit card company may not be the exact rate as stated at time of purchase. Beyond Fabric reserves the right to change prices on its products without prior notice.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
An additional shipping cost will be added to your order. We ship worldwide using CTT Portuguese Priority Airmail.
Shipping Costs are as follows:
Up to 2kg:- Portugal – €3.50
Above 2kg:- Portugal – €10
Please note that the above conversion rate will be automatically updated to the current conversion rate at the time your order is placed. Shipping rates are not inclusive of import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
To track your order simply check CTT website and insert the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods you have the right to cancel the order. If the payment has been made in advance, your money will be refunded within 30 days. In the event of late deliveries a new delivery date will be offered.
EXTRA DUTIES AN CHARGES
Beyond Fabric has no control over additional charges or import duties once the package reaches the destination country. In the event that an order is held at customs, any taxes or additional charges required to clear the package must be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We operate Monday to Friday and not on local/public holidays. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales or local/public holidays. Estimated delivery times are:— Portugal, 1–3 working days;
All orders are shipped from our facilities in Porto – Portugal within 2 business days (subject to card clearance). Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with instructions on how to track and collect it. For all orders, the shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information.
SHIPPING AND COLLECTING

Orders within Portugal will be shipped with Portuguese national post (CTT). Track your package at CTT website using the tracking number provided. Depending on the size of the package you will receive it in your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office. International orders will be shipped with CTT Priority Airmail. Track your package at www.ctt.pt using the tracking number provided. Since couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery.IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All international orders require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or destination customs clearance.UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. Return shipment for uncollected items may be subject to additional taxes, costs or charges levied by customs or other parties, none of which will be refunded by Beyond Fabric.
We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:RETURNS
You have the right to return your purchased items within 14 days after received them. Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, including any price tags, hangtags or other original material and, if possible, in their original packaging. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. When making a return, please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as “returned goods” on any customs or postal forms and also on the outside of the package. Please note that until reception, you are responsible for the items: please be sure to provide us a tracking number upon dispatch so we can trace the package. A returns form will be enclosed with all your orders to make possible for you to return products. Please ensure that you fill in and enclose the returns form when returning a shirt to us.
